Phobia Film Festival The second annual Phobia Film Festival held by Moberly Area Council on the Arts will be held on Friday, October 25 & Saturday, October 26 in Moberly, Missouri. Tickets are $35 for a VIP Festival Pass, $25 for a Paranormal Investigation, Friday Festival ONLY = $10, Saturday Festival ONLY - $15, both days of the festival $20. This event will be held on 4th Street in Moberly, Missouri at the 4th Street Theatre (left) and Little Dixie Regional Libraries(right). Both facilities are within walking distance from each other.
